In many cases, teachers and parents do not recognise its symptoms in time, and often lack the tools to support affected children in a differentiated and effective way.<\/p>\n<p>Music \u2013 through its structure, rhythm, proportions, and rules \u2013  has a strongly mathematical nature. It can therefore provide a natural and engaging medium for approaching mathematics in a playful and experiential way, especially for those learners for whom the traditional school system does not offer accessible pathways.<\/p>\n<p>The aim of Ma.Mu is to provide teachers and facilitators with a practical and accessible toolkit that requires no prior musical training, while offering meaningful support for children with learning difficulties.[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;2_5&#8243; Research, testing, and groundwork for development<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Throughout 2024, project partners collaborated at local level with teachers, student groups, and youth communities in order to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>test the effectiveness of music-based logical exercises;<\/li>\n<li>collect existing, adaptable tasks focusing on rhythm, memory, and pattern recognition;<\/li>\n<li>gather feedback on the applicability, engagement level, and age-appropriateness of the activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In November 2024, the partnership met in Kecskem\u00e9t for a two-day workshop to jointly evaluate the results.
